David R. Cherry
David R. Cherry has been the driving force behind a law practice built with an emphasis on serious personal injury. His practice encompasses all types of personal injury including work injuries. He is a graduate of Widener School of Law (J.D.) and Temple School of Law (Masters in Trial Advocacy). Mr. Cherry has been recognized for several distinctions throughout both his academic and professional career including Most Promising Civil Litigator Award (Widener School of Law), twice named to Top Lawyers (Main Line Today) and is a multiple Pennsylvania Super Lawyer recipient.
Thomas J. Fieger
Thomas J. Fieger, Jr., is a 1981 graduate of Villanova University and a 1986 cum laude graduate of Delaware Law School. Mr. Fieger was employed at a prestigious CPA firm prior to law school. Upon graduation of law school, Mr. Fieger was a law clerk for The Honorable President Judge Francis Catania. Mr. Fieger's area of practice include major plaintiff civil litigation involving automobile accidents, workers compensation, medical malpractice, and serious personal injuries and product liability. Mr. Fieger has been recognized as a Top Lawyer in Main Line today.
Kevin R. Marciano
Kevin R. Marciano demonstrates the passion and commitment that clients desire and appreciate in an attorney. He is always well-prepared and prides himself on his knowledge of the law and procedures that apply to his cases. He concentrates his practice in the representation of catastrophically injured victims including medical malpractice, pharmaceutical liability, motor vehicle liability, wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, construction accidents, liquor liability, personal injury cases and mass tort class actions. He has obtained numerous million dollar settlements and verdicts. He manages the Philadelphia office.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Justice (formerly Pennsylvania and American Trial Lawyers Association) and is a frequent writer and lecturer for the Pennsylvania Association of Justice (PAAJ). He is an officer of PAAJ and will be President in 2009. He is also a member of the American Association of Justice, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Delaware County Trial Lawyers Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Additionally, he is involved with the following PAAJ committees: Chairman of the Membership Committee; Co-Chair of the Legislative Network Committee; Public Relations Committee; Vice Chairman of the Budget and Finance Committee; Fund Development Committee; Legislative Policy Committee and Long Range Planning Committee. He is also was member of the New Lawyer Section Leadership Council, serving as their chairman in the past.
He is past-President of the Young Lawyers Section of the Delaware County Bar Association and a former member of the Executive Board of the Guy G. deFuria American Inn of Court. Mr. Marciano also participated in planning and attending a holiday party for underprivileged children in Delaware County. He has presented Anti-Smoking Mock Trials in elementary schools throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania in an effort to educate children on the dangers of smoking and use of tobacco products. In 2002, Mr. Marciano was recognized as one of the “50 on the Fast Track”, a listing of the top 50 young attorneys in the State of Pennsylvania by the Legal Intelligencer and has been consistently named a "Superlawyer" by Philadelphia Magazine.
Mr. Marciano received his Bachelor degree from Dickinson College. He earned his law degree, with honors, from Capital University Law School. Upon graduation, he was a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony R. Semeraro in the Court of Common Please of Delaware County.
John Jackson
John Jackson is a 1980 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and a 1983 graduate of Villanova School of Law. From 1987 to 1989 Mr. Jackson clerked for Judge Alexander Barbieri on the Commonwealth Court, who was considered the 'dean of workers' compensation law. During this period, Mr. Jackson authored for Judge Barbieri approximately 50 published Commonwealth Court opinions in the field of workers' compensation law. Many of these opinions are still the law today. From 1989 to 1992 Mr. Jackson represented Employers in workers' compensation cases. Since 1992, Mr. Jackson limited his practice to representing only injured workers. Mr. Jackson is widely considered one of the preeminent workers compensation attorneys in Pennsylvania.
